Better OCR

There is fair quality OCR for this book embedded in a google books copy. You can get it by downloading the file, selecting all, copying, and pasting into a text editor. The first few lines of page 6 look like this:

I propose replacing long s with round s and proofreading that text. Most of the missing hyphens can be restored by comparing with the text from this archive.org copy.
