Page numbering

Since there are two pages per scan, when this gets transcluded the whole text will be shown to be on even-numbered pages (i.e. the odd-numbered pages won't be numbered correctly). Inserting the {{pagenum}} template would fix that, right? But the documentation for {{pagenum}} says it is only for texts that are not scan-backed. Is there any reason not to use that template in this document? Or is there another solution to the page numbering? Arbitan (talk) 13:59, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
