Hierarchy

There are at least 5 volumes (=printed books), each of these containing "books" (e.g. volume 1 contains books 1 and 2, volume 5 starts with book number 7) and within these books are "chapters". So before starting transclusion the tree of pages must be spread into 3 levels, not 2 as they currently are. R. J. Mathar (talk) 12:02, 14 November 2023 (UTC)

Alternatively one can use a 2-level hierarchy with volume_1/chapter_1.1 up to volume_1/chapter_2.17 and later volume_5/chapter_7.1 etc where the "volumes" are the top level hierarchy and "books" and "chapters" are separated by dots. R. J. Mathar (talk) 09:50, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
