This was a missionary tract for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This tract is of particular interest as it is one of the very first public accounts of the First Vision, and contains a very early version of LDS Church doctrine that would later be presented as the Articles of Faith. It also contains some speculation about the relationship of American geography to events and peoples listed in the Book of Mormon, with this tract used as one of the original sources for modern interpretations in that direction.
Although not originally broken up into separate sections or chapters when it was originally published, this version is divided by subject to make it easier to find topical information and to help proofread the content.
