Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 290 and 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1948, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 38th Floor, Menara PNB, 201-A Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, on Thursday, 30th October 1986, at 12 o'clock noon precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and1 to receive the Liquidators' report, showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators; and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of. Any Member entitied! to attend and vote at the above-mentioned' Meeting is entitled1 to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and! such proxy need not also be a Member.
