Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset, D.L., a student of the Inner Temple 28 Jan., 1867, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1869 (eldest son of Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 11th bart., M.P.); born 16 July, 1842; married 1 Nov., 1879, Gertrude, 3rd dau. of Sir John Walrond, Bart. (see Foster's Baronetage).
