Coll., Oxon, a student of the Inner Temple 19 Jan., 1844 (then aged 20), called to the bar 16 Nov., 1849 (only son of Benjamin Heywood Bright, Esq., of Ham Green, Somerset, dec.); born , 1823; married 5 Aug., 1856, Frances Mary, youngest dau. of F. J. Graham, Esq., H.B.M.'s consul Bayonne, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
