Bullen, Thomas Joseph, a member of the South Wales circuit, joint editor of Bullen and Leake's Precedents of Pleadings, a student of the Inner Temple 14 Nov., 1864, practised as a special pleader fifteen years and was called to the bar 17 Nov., 1883 (4th son of Edward Bullen, Esq., late of the Middle Temple, dec.); born 27 Aug., 1845; married 15 Jan., 1872, Alice Mary, dau. of Richard Townshend, M.I.C.E., of Stoke, Devonport.
