John Hugh, vicar of Blewbury, Oxon, since 1871, of Burford-cum-Fulbrook 1860-71, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Nov., 1840 (then aged 22), called to the bar 24 Nov., 1845 (only son of late Edward Burgess, Esq., of Waltham Abbey, Essex); born ⁠, 1818; married 28 March, 1844, Augusta Sarah, dau. of Thomas Dumayne, Esq., of Milford Haven.
