Burrows, Arthur, a commoner of Winchester Coll. 1825-30, one of the conveyancing counsel of the chancery division since 1877, examiner of titles in land registry office since 1862, a student of Lincoln's Inn 18 Nov., 1830 (then aged 18), called to the bar 22 Nov., 1836 (5th son of George Mann Burrows, M.D., of London); born 26 Aug., 1812; married 22 April, 1840, Frances Diana, youngest dau. of Robert Anthony Bromley, major Indian army, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
