Balliol Coll., Oxon, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 15 April, 1863 (then aged 23), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1866 (2nd son of William John Campion, Esq., of Danny Park, Sussex); born 10 Nov., 1839; married 27 May, 1879, Charlotte Susan, only dau. of Hugh H. Seymour, Esq. (see Foster's Peerage, M. Hertford).
