Chitty, Thomas Willes, a member of the North-eastern circuit, educated at Winchester Coll., joint author of Annual Digest of the Reported Cases of all the Courts 1870–80, editor of Chitty's Forum, of Archbold's Practice of the Queen's Bench Division, a student of the Inner Temple 22 Oct., 1873 (then aged 17), called to the bar 13 June, 1877 (eldest son of late Thomas Edward Chitty, Esq., of the Inner Temple, bar.-at-law); born 24 June, 1855.
