William Evans, B.C.L., vicar of Rhayadar, Cwmtoyddwr, co. Radnor); born 8 July, 1837; married 31 Oct., 1872, Eliza Maria, 2nd dau. of late Capt. George Claudius Beresford Stirling, J. P., 64th foot, of Glenmanus House and Keiley, co. Derry.
