Bucks yeomanry cavalry 1876-83, a student of the Inner Temple 24 April, 1867 (then aged 23), called to the bar 30 April, 1870 (eldest son of Philip William Flower, Esq., of Furze Down, Streatham, Surrey); born 30 Aug., 1843; married 22 Nov., 1877, Constance, dau. of Sir Anthony de Rothschild, Bart. (see Foster's Baronetage).
