Haworth-Booth, Col. Benjamin Blaydes, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1849, twenty-fifth wrangler 1846, was a member of the Northern circuit, It.-col. 1st brigade Yorkshire artillery volunteers since 1861, assumed the additional surname of Booth by royal licence , 1869, J.P., D.L. Yorkshire East Riding, a student of Lincoln's Inn 20 April, 1846, went to the Inner Temple 26 May, 1849, where he was called to the bar 8 June, 1849 (eldest son of Benjamin Haworth, Esq., of Hull Bank House, Yorks); born at Rowlston 7 June, 1823; married 28 July, 1853, Cordelia, 2nd dau. of late Rev. FitzGerald Wintour, prebendary of Southwell (by his wife Jane Dayrell, niece of 1st Lord Wenlock), and has issue.
