Hely-Hutchinson, Hon. Walter Francis, C.M.G., B.A. Trin. Coll., Camb., lieut.-governor of Malta 1884, chief secretary to governor of Malta 1883–4, colonial secretary of Barbados 1877–83, etc., a student of the Inner Temple 25 April, 1870 (then aged 20), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1877 (2nd son of Richard John, Earl of Donoughmore); born 22 Aug 1849; married 19 Feb., 1881, May, dau. of Lieut.-Col. William Clive Justice, C.M.G., assistant adjutant, and Q.M.G. West Indies, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
