Middlesex, equity draftsman and conveyancer, a student of Lincoln's Inn 17 Jan., 1854 (then aged 19), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1856 (2nd son of late John Eliot Howard, of Tottenham); born 9 May, 1834; married 30 March, 1859, Ellen, 2nd dau. of Henry Waterhouse, Esq., of Highfield, Didsbury, and has issue.
