Glouc.); born , ; married 1st, 15 Sept., 1864, Charlotte Alice, eldest dau. of Rev. Isaac Philip Prescott, M.A., vicar of Priors Marston 1862–78; she died 20 Aug., 1865, leaving a dau.; he married 2ndly, 13 Oct., 1870, Mary St. Quintin, eldest dau. of Henry George Astell, Esq., late B.C.S.
