Legge, Edward, journalist, war correspondent for the Irish Times 1870 (with the German army), afterwards on the staff of the Morning Post, founded (late editor) the Whitehall Review 1876, has been editor of Life, a student of the Middle Temple 15 Jan., 1872, called to the bar 30 April, 1875 (2nd son of George Legge, late of Romsey, Hants, dec.).
