Cheshire, Chester, Carnarvonshire, and Flintshire, deputy chairman quarter sessions Cheshire, late counsel to Crown on North Wales and Chester circuit for Mint, Post Office, and Inland Revenue and late revising barrister on same circuit, a student of the Middle Temple 28 April, 1849, called to the bar 7 May, 1852 (eldest son of Edward Watson Lloyd, Esq., of Fort Hexwell, Cheshire); born 29 Sept., 1829; married , 1856, Harriette, dau. of late Honoratus Leigh Rigby, Esq., of Hawarden, Flintshire, and has issue.
