Merioneth); born 14 July, 1822; married 1st, Aug., 1848, Mary, dau. of late Admiral Hon. Charles Elphinstone-Fleeming (see Foster's Peerage, B. Elphinstone); she died 11 March, 1859; he married 2ndly, 20 Sept., 1879, Priscilla Wilby, only child of late James Lewis, Esq., of Cynhyar, Cardiganshire.
