Milman, Sir William, Bart., B.A., Brasenose Coll., Oxon, 1837, from Westminster School, went the Oxford circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 23 Jan., 1832 (then aged 18), called to the bar 4 May, 1841 (eldest son of Sir William George Milman, Bart., of Woodland, Devon); born 21 Nov., 1813; married 26 Oct., 1841, Matilda Frances, eldest dau. of Rev. John Pretyman, rector of Sherington, Bucks, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
