Coll. 1871-5, a student of Lincoln's Inn 15 Feb., 1843 (then aged 19), called to the bar 29 Jan., 1850 (3rd son of Thomas Osler, Esq., of Clifton, co. Glouc.); born 6 Dec, 1823; married 14 Sept., 1852, Henrietta, 2nd dau. of late Robert Roscoe, Esq., of Englefield Green, Staines; she died 28 Sept., 1869; he married 2ndly, 27 Aug., 1872, Hannah Elizabeth, dau. of late Rev. John James Tayler, principal of Manchester New Coll., London.
