Hall, Camb., 1872, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 12 Oct., 1870 (then aged 27), called to the bar 7 June, 1873 (eldest son of late Robert John Pollock, late 8th Madras cavalry, and associate of court of exchequer); born 2 June, 1843; married 11 Sept., 1884, Mary Viner, only child of late Capt. F. C. Playne, rifle brigade, of Avening Court, co. Gloucester (see Foster's Baronetage).
