Univ. in 1869, a student of Lincoln's Inn 15 April, 1864 (then aged 24), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1874 (2nd son of Rev. Henry Sylvester Richmond, of Wyck Risington, co. Glouc.); born 20 May, 1839; married 1st, 16 Sept., 1869, Hon. Margaret Cecilia Bruce, eldest dau. of Henry, Lord Aberdare; she died 10 April, 1878; he married 2ndly, 17 Aug., 1880, Ethel Emily, 2nd dau. of Henry Duncan Skrine, Esq., of Warleigh and Claverton.
