Coll., Camb., 1854, major (Inns of Court) rifle volunteers, a student of Lincoln's Inn 14 Jan., 1853 (then aged 19), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1856, bencher Feb., 1885 (only son of late George Lake Russell, of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law, county court judge); born 15 April, 1833; married 18 Jan., 1859, his cousin, Katharine, 5th dau. of Henry Porter, Esq., of Winslade, Devon, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
