Sunderland 1852-4, Southampton 1859-65, contested Sunderland 1854, Hull 1857, Southampton 1865, Nottingham 1869 and 1870, and Stockton 1880, Q.C. co. palatine Lancaster 1859, a member of the North-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 2 May, 1843, went to the Middle Temple 14 Nov., 1845, where he was called to the bar 12 June, 1846, Q.C. 25 Feb., 1861 (3rd son of Rev. Charles Seymour, of Kilronan, Ardagh, Ireland); born 22 Sept., 1822; married Sept., 1847, Emily, 2nd dau. of Joseph John Wright, Esq., D.L., of Bishopwearmouth.
