Derbyshire, assumed the additional surname of Whitehead by royal licence March, 1866, a student of the Inner Temple 9 Nov., 1863 (then aged 27), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1866 (only son of late George Taylor, Esq., of Springside, Lees, near Manchester); born 21 May, 1836; married 28 Oct., 1863, Alice Jane Whitehead, of Dobcross, Yorks, niece and heir of William Whitehead, of the same.
