Goldsmid's special mission to Vienna 1871–2, a student of the Inner Temple 7 May, 1870 (then aged 22), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1875 (only son of Richard Thomas, Esq., of Eyhorne House, Kent); born 7 April, 1848; married 29 Jan., 1880, Augusta Emma, only child of late Rev. Stephen Ralph Cartwright, rector of Aynhoe, Northants, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage, Goldsmid).
