Westmorland, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 Jan., 1872 (then aged 19), called to the bar 10 May, 1876 (2nd son of Sir Richard Tufton, Bart., dec.); born 15 May, 1852; married 2 Aug., 1876, Elizabeth Edith Sophia, 2nd dau. of Rev. William John Deane, rector of Ashe, Essex, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, B. Hothfield).
