Tweedmouth, Baron (Sir Dudley Coutts Marjoribanks), of Edington, co. Berwick, so created 12 Oct., 1881, and a baronet, so created 25 July, 1866, M.P. Berwick 1853-68, 1874-81, undergrad. Christ Church, Oxon, from Harrow, on the commission of the lieutenancy for London, a student of the Middle Temple 23 Jan., 1845, called to the bar 28 Jan., 1848 (2nd son of Edward Marjoribanks, Esq., of London); born 29 Dec, 1820; married 19 Oct., 1848, Isabella, eldest dau. of Rt. Hon. Sir James Weir Hogg, Bart., and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
