North Somerset yeomanry since 1881, a member of the Western circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 15 Feb., 1867 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1870 (eldest son of Thomas Todd Walton, postmaster Bristol); born 26 Feb., 1846; married 8 Feb., 1869, Catherine Augusta, eldest dau. of Lord Cecil James Gordon-Moore, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, M. Huntly).
