Waters, Robert Edmond Chester, scholar of Wadham Coll., Oxon, 1846-9, gentleman commoner St. Mary Hall, B.A. 1851, author of The Cheaters of Chicheley, etc., a student of the Inner Temple 15 Oct., 1847 (then aged 19), called to the bar 30 Jan., 1852 (only son of Thomas Methold Waters, Esq., of London); born 18 July, 1828; married 17 Oct., 1850, Emily Esther Ann, dau. of Jonathan Peel, Esq., of Standhill, Oxon, and has a dau. (see Foster's Our Noble and Gentle Families).
