Univ. 1850-9, a student of Lincoln's Inn 21 June, 1824 (then aged 20), called to the bar 25 Nov., 1828, Q.C. 20 Jan., 1842, bencher 21 Jan., 1842, resigned 1884, treasurer 1865 (10th son of Sir Robert Wigram, of Walthamstow, Essex, Bart.); born 6 Nov., 1803; married 23 Jan., 1849, Lady Katharine Jean Douglas, dau. of Thomas, 5th earl of Selkirk; she died s.p. 30 Sept., 1863 (see Foster's Baronetage, FitzWygram).
