Monmouth, educated at Shrewsbury, a student of the Middle Temple 11 April, 1864, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1867 (only son of Enoch E. Williams, of Merthyr Tydfil, co. Glamorgan, gent., dec.); born 27 Feb., 1845; married 8 Sept., 1869, Williameta Anne, only dau. of late John Hughes, Esq., of Aberclyn, Breconshire.
