Worcester and Cardigan, a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 April, 1866 (then aged 22), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1869 (2nd son of John Walpole Willis, Esq., J.P., D.L., of Wick Episcopi, co. Worcester); born 8 Aug., 1843; married 2 April, 1872, Harriette Penelope, sister of Sir Richard Temple, Bart., K.C.S.I., and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
