The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a

* THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE. Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Denali in Alaska...

* THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE. Until noon AKDT.

* THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE. At 1145 AM AKDT, This is only a drill. 
  This is part of a tornado test for the Denali Borough. Treat this 
  as if it were a real emergency and practice your emergency plans.

  TORNADO EMERGENCY for NO ONE. This is NOT A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS 
SITUATION. 

  HAZARD...No severe weather is occuring or expected.

  SOURCE...This is only a test.

  IMPACT...In a real tornado, flying debris will be dangerous to 
           those caught without shelter. Even well built homes may 
           suffer significant damage. This is only a test.

* THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over
  mainly rural areas of northeastern Denali, including the following
  locations... Lignite.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In the event of a real tornado this is what you would want to do: 
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest 
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a 
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial 
shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
