guilt of the alleged offender in any manner or their testimony is not sufficiently well-grounded to the extent that the alleged offender should be retained for further trial, the judge shall, after finding so, order acquittal of the alleged offender at once, declaring him no longer involved in or disputed by that case. If the examining judge thoroughly considers the testimony of all the witnesses and find that their testimony can establish the guilt of the alleged offender in any manner, and if the examining judge has the power to try the case further, he shall schedule the day for the further trial, but if the examining court has no power to try the case further, the judge shall schedule the day and time for transferring the case to the appropriate court, which shall then schedule the day and time for the further trial and shall commit the alleged offender to goal to be confined awaiting the day scheduled for the trial or may permit the alleged offender to be bailed out, as it may find appropriate according to the merits of the case and the grave or light penalty it carries.
