Power of Foreign Court to try and decide cases | |
| Section13.A panel to try and adjudicate upon all cases in these three courts, the Royal Criminal Court, the Civil Court, and the Foreign Court, according to sections 10, 11, and 12, shall be established by judges who are two or more in number.
