| clause1.a civil case in which the amount in dispute is not over ten thousand baht; | ||
| clause2.a case of public order offence for which the following punishment has been designated, namely— | ||
| firstly, imprisonment of not over ten years; | ||
| secondtly, flogging for not over thirty strokes; | ||
| thirdly, a fine of not over ten thousand baht. | ||
