Section2.The Ministers of Interior and of Metropolitan Administration shall be in charge of the execution of the Act.
Section3.The ministers of these two ministries shall have the powers to create regulations for the aforementioned accountancy. Upon their publication in the Royal Gazette, those regulations shall take effect as if being part of this Act.
