It is therefore appropriate to enforce the Slavery Act, 124 Rattanakosin Era in Phayap Circle, for which reason He hereby orders with His gracious pleasure that the Slavery Act announced on the 1st day of April 124 Rattanakosin Era[1] be promulgated in Phayap Circle and slave prices be reduced from the 1st day of April 131 Rattanakosin Era[2] onwards.

The Minister of Defence, having been permitted by His Majesty, hereby issues the following statute on appointment of non-commissioned officers in the Royal Siamese Army:
Five ranks for non-commissioned officers
Article1.The ranks for non-commissioned officers in the Royal Siamese Army shall be composed of the following five in order of hierarchy: warrant officer, sergeant major, sergeant, corporal, and lance corporal.
