inspecting the file of any case, shall have the power to give signature as part of the adjudicative panel or to express a dissenting opinion.
Section7.The provincial courts in the metropolitan zones shall have the same powers as other provincial courts, and the chief judges of police courts and provincial courts in the metropolitan zones shall have the same powers as chief judges of circle courts over those provincial courts and their judges.
Section8.All the cases instituted before the day of coming to force of this Constitution of the Courts of Justice Amendment shall be tried and enforced in accordance with former laws and ordinances.
