Section1.This Act shall be called the "Amendment to the Reorganisation of Ministries, Subministries, and Departments Act, 2477 Buddhist Era (No 2)".

Section2.This Act shall come into force from the 1st day of April 2478 Buddhist Era[1] on.

Section3.The text of section 18 of Chapter 8 of the Reorganisation of Ministries, Subministries, and Departments Act, 2476 Buddhist Era, shall be repealed and replaced by the following text:

"Section18.The public duties of the Ministry of the Royal Household are divided into—

  1. the Office of the Secretary to the Minister;
  2. the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry;
  3. the Bedside Treasury Department;[2]
  4. the Department of the Private Secretary to the Sovereign."
