Section1.This Act shall be called the "Amendment to the Reorganisation of Ministries, Subministries, and Departments Act, 2477 Buddhist Era (No 3)".

Section2.This Act shall come into force from the 1st day of April 2478 Buddhist Era^[1] on.

Section3.The dispositions of section 4 of the Reorganisation of Ministries, Subministries, and Departments Act, 2476 Buddhist Era, shall be repealed and replaced by the following dispositions:

"Section4.There shall be the following ministries and ministry-equivalent public bodies with the powers and duties to handle the public affairs of the State according to the law:

(1)Office of the Prime Minister;

(2)Ministry of Defence;

(3)Ministry of Finance;

(4)Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

(5)Ministry of Agricultural Affairs;

(6)Ministry of Public Instruction;
