Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has already seized the administrative power; in order to prevent problems and obstacles to the public administration run by the Council for Democratic Reform, [the Council for Democratic Reform] hereby orders Nai Yongyut Tiyapairat and Nai Newin Chidchob to report themselves to the Council for Democratic Reform at the Headquarters of the Royal Thai Army, Ratchadamnoen Nok Road, Bangkok Metropolis, on Thursday, the 21st day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, 12:00 hours.
