Order of the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform

Re: Amending an order issued by the Prime Minister under the Emergency Decree on Public Administration During State of Emergency, 2548 BE
Whereas it is appropriate to amend an order issued by the Prime Minister under the Emergency Decree on Public Administration During State of Emergency, 2548 BE, so that it suits the situation that has changed; the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform hereby orders that the provisions of (1) and (23) of article 5 of the Order of the Prime Minister No 4/2548 dated 20 July 2548 BE, regarding the appointment of competent authorities, chief responsible officer for the resolving of the state of emergency, and a board of advisors, be repealed and replaced by the following provisions:
| “(1) | The Secretary General of the Council for Democratic Reform | President of the Commission |
| (23) | The Chief of the General Staff, Royal Thai Army | Member and Co-Secretary of the Commission”.
