Re: Inviting diplomats to hear explanations
Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has already seized the administrative power; in order to provide understanding about the ongoing domestic situations to the governments of the foreign countries, the Council for Democratic Reforms therefore orders the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to contact and invite diplomatic missions of the foreign embassies, legations, consulates, and military attaché offices in Thailand to hear explanations from the Council for Democratic Reform on Wednesday, the 20th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, 13:30 hours, at the Kittikachorn Auditorium within the Headquarters of the Royal Thai Army, Ratchadamnoen Nok Road, and [orders the Ministry] to provide Thai–English interpreters in the course of the explanations also. In addition, [the Ministry] is requested to send to the Council for Democratic Reform by 11:00 hours a list of the names of the diplomatic mission members who are to attend the said giving of explanations.
