Announcement
of Lifting of Martial Law in Some Areas

Phrabat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:
Whereas He entertains an opinion that after the issuance of the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform dated the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, which imposed the Martial Law throughout the Kingdom from 21:05 hours of the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era onwards, and the subsequent issuance of the Announcement of Lifting od Martial Law in Some Areas, dated the 26th day of January 2550 BE and the Announcement of Lifting of Martial Law in Some Areas and Imposition of Martial Law in Some Areas dated the 31st day of December 2550 BE, the situations in the areas of Chana District, Thepha District, Saba Yoi District, and Na Thawi District, Songkhla Province, now no longer require the application of the Martial Law;
Therefore, He commands with His pleasure, by virtue of the powers under section 188, paragraph 1, of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, and section 5 of the Martial Law Act, 2457 Buddhist Era, that the Martial Law be lifted in some areas as follows:
