Re: Retention of some organic act in force
In order to enable continuous proceedings relating to the state audit, it is appropriate to improve the Organic Act on State Audit, 2542 BE and retain it in force. The Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces as follows:
Article1.The Organic Act on State Audit, 2542 BE shall continue to be in force, but the application of the provisions of Part 1 of Chapter 1 shall be suspended until otherwise announced. In addition, the State Audit Commission in office on the 18th day of September 2549 BE shall vacate office.
Article2.The State Auditor General in office on the 18th day of September 2549 BE shall remain in office until otherwise announced.
Article3.Any matters subjected to the powers of the State Audit Commission under the Organic Act on State Audit, 2542 BE shall become subject to the powers and duties of the State Auditor General.
